Hi, I'm Vicky Kumar — a passionate engineer and self-taught web developer from India. I completed my B.Tech in Mining Engineering in 2025, and I'm currently pursuing my M.Tech in Mining and Mineral Engineering at IIEST Shibpur, which I'll complete in 2027.

Engineering taught me one thing above everything else: identify a problem, then build the solution. I Hate PDF was born exactly like that — out of genuine frustration. Every time I needed to quickly merge a PDF, resize an image, or compress a document, the available "free" online tools were either packed with watermarks, demanded signups, limited file sizes, or uploaded private files to unknown servers.

As an engineering student, I was constantly dealing with PDF documents — assignments, reports, project submissions, admit cards, marksheets. The struggle was real. So I decided to build a tool that actually works the way a student needs — completely free, completely private, no watermarks, no signup.

GovExam came next. I saw thousands of students around me preparing for SSC CGL, IBPS, SBI, Railway and PSC exams without access to quality free resources. Expensive coaching, paywalled mock tests and scattered material were barriers I wanted to remove. GovExam is my answer — a completely free, comprehensive platform for every government exam aspirant in India.
